Facebook is the largest messenging app operator in the world. Facebook has the ownership of both popular and loved app ie. Instagram and WhatsApp .Beside them the bigger network messenger was already owed by facebook.
Various loop hole, security issue, vunulbility has made different messaging app unsecured in this digital era . Today I am talking about some messaging app which is safe, secured and trustworthy.
1.Signal
Signal is one of the best messaging app as compared to facebook messaging app. This is a free app which is available in both android and iOS platforms. It is also available for mac and PCs .
Signal allows us to send talk message, voice and video call along with voice memo, group chat. It is similar to iMessage of iPhone
Signal is one of the independent and non-profitable organisation. It don't stores the information of its user. Because of this reason expert suggest us to use it.
The communication done using this app are encrypted. It even have noting to provide for legal prosecutor.
Message done in signal can't be understand by others and the calls also can't be trace by others. There is no Any tracking system in signal.
2. I Message
I message is considered as one of the trustworthy and safe messaging app. It is a home app for mac devices. There is a provision of text message , video, Gifs and voice memo in iMessage
When an user sends message using iMessage, the exchanged message are encrypted using message default end to end encryption.That app is only available on apple devices .
3.Google Duo
Google has never become a privacy friendly company. It always have a transparency in the information but Google Duo is totally different from other products of google .
This app is available for both android and iOS users. It is a multi video calling app where the video call are encrypted . But it is belived that Google Duos collects metadata from its users. Mozilla Foundation keep record of name, dob, gender, phone no, email, location, information about the app used that is by google duo.
4.Zoom
After the popularity of zoom app in the market in its launching it has to face several critism reguarding security breaches. The company promise to solve it's all breaches and make it more secured .
Zoom has become popular in this LockDown worldwide for conference call. There is a provision of end to encryption . But it is not default enabled. This app is available in both free and paid versions . It is also available for Android and iOS users.
